Red Rose Limos Inc.

Billing:

Rides are pre-paid by customer’s credit card or billed to an established corporate account. Red Rose Limos accepts the following cards: American Express, Discover Card, Visa, and MasterCard. The following additional charges will be added when applicable: Two-way tolls, Parking, Massport Fee, and 20% recommended gratuity. All rates are subject to change without notice. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

Hourly minimum rentals do apply. Please ask what the minimum hourly rental is if you book a vehicle hourly.

If you cannot locate your sedan, call 781-826-9445 to avoid a no show fee.

We are normally closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.  On these two days, when we have volunteers to work, $60 will be added to your bill which is paid to chauffeur in addition to the recommended gratuity.  On Easter Sunday, and past 3 PM on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, $40 will be added to your bill which is paid to chauffeur in addition to the recommended gratuity.

Wait Time/ Vehicle Release time

Commercial Airline Arrivals:
Domestic Flight – No Checked Luggage – Chauffeur will arrive to limo area 5 minutes following the reported flight arrival time.
Domestic Flight – Checked luggage – Chauffeur will arrive to limo area 20 minutes following the reported flight arrival time.
International Flight – No Checked Luggage – Chauffeur will arrive to limo area 25 minutes following the reported flight arrival time.
International Flight – Checked luggage – Chauffeur will arrive to limo area 40 minutes following the reported flight arrival time.
International Flight – Passengers flying First Class and/or those with Global Entry  – Chauffeur will arrive to limo area 15 minutes following the reported flight arrival time.  Please be sure to note this when booking trip.

Vehicle will be released 30 minutes after the above listed times if no contact is made. Full charges will be due, unless client requests vehicle to continue to wait, incurring wait time charges.

Waiting time for a sedan will be charged at $1.50 per minute and will begin once the grace time has elapsed.  Waiting time for larger vehicles are more depending on the size.

Red Rose Limos monitors the last leg only on all commercial flights and grace time begins at the flight arrival time posted on www.flightview.com

A five (5) minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups and vehicle will be released 30 minutes after scheduled time if no contact is made and full charges will be due, unless client requests vehicle to continue to wait, incurring wait time charges. We do not monitor non commercial or private jet arrival times. We arrive at the scheduled time and wait. Three hours notice needed to adjust the time or cancel the trip without charges.

Stops/ Late fee

Stops en route are charged at $1.50 minute, with a $20 minimum stop fee. Larger vehicles stop fees are more. Stops off route will incur additional charges. Please ask ahead of time for a quote.

A late fee of $10 – $20 will apply to any trip where a passenger is in the vehicle, at any point, between 11:00 PM and 3:29 AM, or when a late night flight is severely delayed past 3:29 AM.

Cancellation Policy:

Smaller jobs such as airport or other transfers under 50 miles will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the fare, gratuity, tolls, and applicable wait time if cancelled or changed within 180 minutes (3 hours) of scheduled pick up or arrival time.  Please cancel or change 3 hours prior to house or business pick up, or three hours prior to originally scheduled land time to avoid charges. 

Transfers 50 – 99 miles will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the fare, gratuity, tolls, and applicable wait time if cancelled or changed within eight hours.  Please cancel or change eight hours prior to house or business pick up, or 3 hours prior to originally scheduled land time to avoid charges.

Some transfers require more time to cancel and a non refundable deposit. This will be disclosed while booking and also noted in your trip confirmation for these cases.

Cancellation of hourly jobs (Prom, wedding, night out, or as directed job) or transfers more than 100 miles will be billed starting at $250.00 for a sedan or Suburban, if cancelled anytime, except if cancelled within 24 hours of the job time, then full fare and gratuity are due. All deposits are non refundable and can not be transferred to future service. Larger vehicles such as coaches or buses will have larger cancel fees.

When a trip is cancelled a cancellation confirmation email will be sent.  Please contact us immediately should you not receive one.

General:

Red Rose Limos shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, tunnel closures, heavy congestion, and breakdowns.

Red Rose Limos Inc does not provide or store child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in our vehicles are solely responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws in our vehicles.  Most clients check the seats with their luggage.
Larger vehicles may occasionally be substituted in place of the vehicle ordered at our discretion for operational reasons.

Missed Flights or Connections:
Red Rose Limos Inc shall not be held responsible for missed flights, trains, or other forms of transportation, regardless of the cause.
Passengers are advised to plan their travel with sufficient time between ride arrivals and other forms of transportation to account for potential delays or unforeseen circumstances.
 
Luggage and Belongings:
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings during the ride.
Red Rose Limos Inc shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of passenger belongings during the ride or loading and unloading.
 
Changes and Cancellations by us:
We reserves the right to modify or cancel ride bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
In the event of a ride cancellation initiated by us, passengers will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered as appropriate.
 
Liability Limitations:
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
 

Contractors and Subcontractors: Red Rose Limos Inc.

Engagement of Contractors and Subcontractors:
Red Rose Limos Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) may engage contractors or subcontractors, including other limo service providers, to assist with operations of the livery service. These contractors and subcontractors operate as independent entities and are not considered direct employees or representatives of Red Rose Limos Inc.

Non-Liability:
While Red Rose Limos Inc. endeavors to collaborate with trustworthy contractors and subcontractors, it is important to note that any services provided by them are solely their own responsibility. Red Rose Limos Inc. assumes no liability for actions, omissions, damages, or losses arising from their services.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
Red Rose Limos Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, concerning services provided by contractors and subcontractors. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Any warranties or guarantees provided by them are independent of and not binding upon Red Rose Limos Inc.

Indemnification:
Customers are required to indemnify, defend, and hold Red Rose Limos Inc. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses stemming from or related to services provided by contractors and subcontractors. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of personal injury, property damage, or negligence.

Client Communication:
Red Rose Limos Inc. endeavors to facilitate coordination between clients and contractors or subcontractors; however, any delays, miscommunications, or issues arising from direct communications between clients and these entities are not within the responsibility of Red Rose Limos Inc.

Insurance:
Red Rose Limos Inc. maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its own operations. However, any insurance coverage or claims resulting from services provided by contractors and subcontractors fall solely under the responsibility of these entities. Red Rose Limos Inc. is not involved in these matters.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes, claims, or disagreements related to services provided by contractors and subcontractors, clients are obligated to address these matters directly with the respective parties. Red Rose Limos Inc. may, at its discretion, assist in communication, but it is not responsible for resolving disputes.

Limitation of Liability:
Red Rose Limos Inc. shall not be liable to clients or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to services provided by contractors and subcontractors. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Compliance:
Contractors and subcontractors engaged by Red Rose Limos Inc. are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. However, Red Rose Limos Inc. is not liable for any non-compliance or misconduct on the part of these entities.

Modification of Terms:
Red Rose Limos Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be accessible to clients on Red Rose Limos Inc.’s website or through other communication channels.

By utilizing the livery service provided by Red Rose Limos Inc., the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions, including the non-liability of Red Rose Limos Inc. for its contractors and subcontractors.

By booking a ride or using our livery service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of the passenger to review them regularly. Your choice to travel with us indicates your acceptance of these terms.
