1. Billing and Payment

Pre-payment and Accepted Cards

  • All rides are pre-paid via customer’s credit card or billed to an established corporate account. Accepted cards: American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

Additional Charges

  • Additional charges may apply as follows:

    • Two-way tolls
    • Parking
    • Massport Fee
    • 20% recommended gratuity
  • Rates are subject to change without notice. Hourly minimum rentals apply; please inquire about minimum hourly rental requirements if booking a vehicle on an hourly basis.

Holiday Charges

  • Thanksgiving and Christmas: If service is available, a $75 fee will be added to your bill, in addition to gratuity.
  • Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve after 3 PM, and New Year’s Eve after 3 PM: a $50 fee will be added to your bill, also paid directly to the chauffeur in addition to gratuity.

2. Wait Time, Release Policy, and Late Fees

Airport Arrivals
Chauffeur arrival times based on reported flight arrival times:

  • Domestic Flights

    • No Checked Luggage: 5 minutes after arrival
    • Checked Luggage: 20 minutes after arrival
  • International Flights

    • No Checked Luggage: 25 minutes after arrival
    • Checked Luggage: 40 minutes after arrival
    • First Class/Global Entry: 15 minutes after arrival (please specify when booking)

If no contact is made within 30 minutes of the above-listed times, the vehicle will be released, and full charges will apply unless the client requests additional wait time, incurring wait time charges.

Flight Monitoring
Red Rose Limos monitors only the last leg of commercial flights using FlightView. Grace time begins at the flight arrival time posted on www.flightview.com. Non-commercial and private jet arrival times are not monitored; chauffeurs will arrive at the scheduled time and wait.

General Pick-ups
A 5-minute grace period applies for all non-airport pick-ups. If no contact is made within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the vehicle will be released, and full charges will apply unless additional wait time is requested.

Wait Time Charges

  • Sedan wait time is $1.50 per minute after the grace period. Rates for larger vehicles vary depending on size.

Stops and Late Night Fees

  • Stops en route are charged at $1.50 per minute, with a $20 minimum stop fee. Stops for larger vehicles have higher fees. Off-route stops incur additional charges; please ask for a quote.
  • Late-night fee: A $10–$20 fee will apply if a passenger is in the vehicle between 11:00 PM and 3:29 AM, or if a late-night flight is delayed past 3:29 AM.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Advance Notice Requirements

  • Short Transfers (Under 50 Miles)

    • Full charges (fare, gratuity, tolls, and wait time) apply if canceled or changed within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up or arrival time.
  • Mid-Range Transfers (50-99 Miles)

    • Full charges apply if canceled or changed within 8 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Long Distance/Hourly Bookings (Over 100 Miles)

    • Cancellations will be billed starting at $250 for sedans or Suburbans. For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time, full fare and gratuity are due. Larger vehicles have higher cancellation fees.
  • General Pick-ups

    • At least three hours’ notice is required to adjust the pick-up time or cancel a non-airport transfer to avoid charges.

Confirmation
A cancellation confirmation email will be sent. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Deposits
Some trips require a non-refundable deposit, which will be disclosed at the time of booking and noted in the trip confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future services.


4. Liability and Service Limitations

Non-Medical Assistance and In-Home Luggage Policy

  • Red Rose Limos chauffeurs are not trained or authorized to provide any form of medical assistance or to assist immobile clients with physical transfers to or from their residences. Any request for physical assistance or support for clients with mobility challenges is beyond the scope of our services and liability coverage.
  • At-Chauffeur-Discretion Assistance: If a chauffeur chooses to provide assistance beyond vehicle entry and exit—for instance, assisting an immobile client to enter their residence—such assistance is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur and is not part of Red Rose Limos’ services. In such cases, the client agrees to indemnify and hold Red Rose Limos Inc. and the chauffeur harmless from any liability, damages, or claims resulting from this courtesy.
  • Liability Waiver: By requesting assistance beyond the standard service, the client acknowledges that Red Rose Limos Inc. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or claims that may arise from the chauffeur’s decision to assist.

General Liability Limitations

  • Red Rose Limos Inc. is not liable for events beyond its control, including weather, road conditions, tunnel closures, heavy congestion, and vehicle breakdowns.
  • Missed Flights or Connections: We are not responsible for missed connections due to any delays. Clients are advised to plan sufficient travel time between rides and other transportation.
  • Luggage and Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Red Rose Limos is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during loading, unloading, or transportation.

Insurance
Claims related to services provided by contractors or subcontractors are solely the responsibility of these entities, not Red Rose Limos Inc.


5. Contractors and Subcontractors

Use of Contractors and Subcontractors
Red Rose Limos Inc. may use contractors or subcontractors for operations, including independent limo service providers. These entities operate independently and are not representatives or employees of Red Rose Limos Inc.

Non-Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

  • Red Rose Limos Inc. assumes no liability for actions, omissions, damages, or losses arising from services provided by contractors or subcontractors.
  • Red Rose Limos Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding contractor services, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Red Rose Limos Inc. harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from contractor or subcontractor services, including personal injury, property damage, or negligence.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, claims, or disagreements related to contractor or subcontractor services must be resolved directly with the service provider. Red Rose Limos Inc. may assist with communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes.


6. Additional Provisions

Child Safety
Red Rose Limos Inc. does not provide or store child safety seats. Parents or guardians are responsible for supplying and installing child safety seats in compliance with state and federal laws.

Vehicle Substitution
Red Rose Limos Inc. reserves the right to substitute a larger vehicle when necessary for operational reasons.

Modification of Terms
Red Rose Limos Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be accessible on our website or via other communication channels.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using Red Rose Limos Inc. services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, including all liability limitations and non-liability for contractor-provided services.
